- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with lemon juice and cinnamon. Spread this mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt, then cut in the cold butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumbly mixture generously over the apples in your baking dish.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the topping turns golden brown and the apples bubble.
- Allow the bars to cool before slicing them into squares.
Notes
