Description
Simple and delicious homemade strawberry fruit roll-ups made with just three ingredients: strawberries, honey, and lemon juice.

- 3 cups strawberries, hulled and roughly chopped
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 140 to 170 degrees F and line a sheet-pan with parchment paper.
- Add strawberries, honey, and lemon juice to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto the lined sheet-pan and spread it out to about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.
- Place in the oven for 4 to 6 hours, until the middle is no longer tacky.
- Cool completely, then remove from the sheet-pan and cut into 1-inch wide strips.
- Roll each strip tightly from one end to the other or leave them flat. Store in an airtight container.
Notes
These fruit roll-ups are delightful when served with mascarpone or ricotta.
